tasha’s continues to define itself as more than a restaurant—it is a curated hospitality experience where design, culture, and human connection converge into something carefully composed yet effortlessly alive.
At its core, the space feels like a reawakening rather than a reinvention. There is a deliberate softness to the way it unfolds: greenery spilling through interiors, florals placed with intention, citrus tones of lemon echoing freshness, and an architectural openness that dissolves the boundary between indoors and outdoors. The result is a space that feels both familiar and newly discovered.
Steph, Front of House Manager, notes the warm reception the restaurant has received from the community. The design language—particularly the outdoor sensibility and freshness—has become central to the guest experience. There is a clear intention to “bring the outside in,” shaping not only the visual aesthetic but the emotional atmosphere from the moment guests enter. He also highlights Tasha’s continued global appeal, attracting both local and international visitors. The soundscape, powered by a Bosch system and layered with African-inspired music, adds rhythm and energy, balancing vibrancy with refinement.
Within the service environment, Linot, also in management, reflects a culture built on pride and precision. Her approach to hospitality is deeply personal—welcoming guests, offering tailored recommendations such as tapas-style starters, and introducing a non-alcoholic Turkish delight drink delicately finished with floral elements. These details speak to a refined but unpretentious form of service, where care is expressed through subtle gestures rather than performance.
Jane, another manager, reinforces the emotional culture of the space. She describes a team environment defined by happiness, belonging, and motivation. Staff do not simply work at tasha’s—they feel part of it. This sense of pride is evident in the way service is delivered, creating continuity between internal culture and the guest experience.
At the ownership level, Natasha and Saava set the tone for the entire ecosystem. Their leadership fosters a strong sense of identity and pride among staff, ensuring the brand remains both innovative and grounded. Melissa, Director of Operations, translates this vision into execution. The restaurant operates in what can best be described as “organised chaos”—a seamless choreography where energy, timing, and detail are tightly held yet appear completely natural.
The atmosphere itself is layered and immersive. Movement, music, and design operate in harmony, creating a space that feels constantly in motion yet carefully balanced. The aesthetic draws from a Spanish-inspired sensibility, where greenery, florals, and natural textures soften the interior architecture. The result is an environment that feels alive—textured, sensory, and fluid.
Culinary execution mirrors this same discipline. Prawns are cooked with precision, while cauliflower is treated with restraint and clarity. Desserts stand out as a highlight: the Mediterranean Cheesecake and Mist Fig (brûléed fig) offer a refined, visually striking finish to the experience.
tasha’s ultimately presents itself as a reawakening of hospitality—fresh, intentional, and confidently expressive. It is a space where leadership, staff culture, design, and cuisine are not separate elements but part of one continuous experience.
Guests do not simply dine here. They move through a carefully held atmosphere—one that feels both elevated and familiar, leaving behind a sense of warmth, coherence, and quiet admiration.

The food at tasha’s is not loud—it is intentional, refined, and quietly confident.
There is a clarity in execution: prawns grilled to perfection, finished simply with herb butter and lemon, allowing the quality to speak without interference. The charred broccolini and beer-battered cauliflower offer contrast—smoky, crisp, and grounded, with just enough indulgence to feel complete without excess.
But it is in the details where the experience lingers.
A non-alcoholic Turkish delight drink, finished with delicate floral notes, introduces a softness to the table—unexpected, elegant, and memorable.
And then, dessert.
The Mediterranean cheesecake is less a dish and more a moment. Silky, balanced, and topped with brûléed fig, it carries a depth that stays with you long after the meal ends. It is the kind of dessert that doesn’t just conclude the experience—it imprints itself on
“The Mediterranean cheesecake doesn’t just end the meal—it stays with you.”
