Lishe had the pleasure of experiencing the new Central, with a new menu and captivating dishes. We were welcomed with a fresh French Mimosa – with a hint gin, a splash of elderflower & lemon juice finished with Martini Prosecco, for those who enjoy a refreshment with a bit of sparkle – Central will be your happy place.
We got a little serious with our tasting , by starting with the spicy fishcakes – served with sweet potato wedges and a lemon aioli, followed by the juicy and ultra flavorful herb and lemon grilled chicken strips wrap – served with a creamy pesto sauce, greens, cucumbers, baby tomatoes and marinated red onion; ending with a glorious chocolate pots with pecan fingers and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Central not only offers satisfactory food , but an inspiring atmosphere with a big hug, a home away from home – Central is centered around family, food and fun; and it certainly doesn’t disappoint.
