Ingredients:
100g Raw organic almonds
1 Tbsp. Organic almond butter or Macadamia nut butter
100g melted Dark chocolate
Method:
Blend raw organic almonds in a processor with some organic almond butter or macadamia nut butter. Should you have a nut allergy substitute the nuts with desiccated coconut and some coconut oil.
The consistency needs to be sticky and come together when rolled into balls the size of ping pong balls.
Roll and place in the refrigerator to chill.
As the balls are chilling melt dark organic chocolate in a double boiler. The cacoa content needs to be over 70%. Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly.
Remove chilled balls and submerge them into the melted chocolate.
Dust with some cacao power or drizzle some honey for more sweetness and set in fridge.
